Just a forty-something trying to get back on the exercise wagon. We got married on September 17th. It was a fantastic day and we are humbled by the kindness of our friends and family. We honeymooned on the Isle of Man, where the famous TT Motorcycle race takes place. It is such a beautiful place and we hope to visit there again at some point. It was an awesome day and we would like to thank everyone who came to help us celebrate.

This web site had the following on the homepage, "What Can We Still Do? 40 Years Plus of Running." We saw that the web page said " Another Long Run Bites the Dust RunLog 3-28-18." It also said " Today was long run day and I wanted to do at least 11. 0 before it was all said and done. Weather was not an issue this morningwell other than a 5-10 mph headwind most of the way in. Temps were in the 30s and supposed to get into the mid 40s by the time I finished and the clouds were supposed to give way to sun at some point.
